AI Tutor & Adaptive Testing Disclaimer
Important clarification:
- Our AI tutor is designed to support learning and test preparation only.
- AI does not guarantee ASVAB passing scores
- AI feedback is educational, not official military advice
- Final enlistment decisions are made by the U.S. Armed Forces
Intellectual Property
All content (questions, explanations, UI, AI outputs) belong to the platform. Users may not copy, redistribute, or resell content. Trademarks & branding are protected.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Pricing is clearly displayed
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Subscription terms are explained at checkout
Service Availability
We strive for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. This includes system upgrades and unexpected outages.
